Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective performance management frameworks, including KPIs and appraisal systems.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular performance coaching sessions with department heads to drive team productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention rates.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze turnover and performance trends to provide actionable insights to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
