Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective performance management frameworks, including KPIs and appraisal systems.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular performance coaching sessions with department heads to drive team productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Analyze turnover and performance trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
