Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the ER Manager in handling employee disciplinary actions and investigations
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and concerns
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Document all ER cases and maintain accurate records for compliance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs on workplace conduct

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in the food service or retail industry is a plus
