Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace grievances, harassment claims, and misconduct reports.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and counseling to employees and management regarding performance management and workplace behavior.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to interpret labor standards and ensure all employment contracts and documentation are up to date.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases, investigations, and compliance activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and relevant labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
