Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and interpret company policies to ensure consistent application across all departments.
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes, including conducting thorough investigations and facilitating administrative hearings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding grievances, workplace concerns, and policy inquiries.
- Prepare and process essential HR documentation, including Certificates of Employment (COE), separation clearances, and disciplinary notices.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve workplace conflicts and improve interpersonal relationships.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Stay updated with the latest labor regulations and ensure company compliance with DOLE standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Generalist HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
