Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution with impartiality and confidentiality
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and morale
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues and recommend actionable solutions
- Advise management on HR best practices, labor compliance, and policy implementation
- Facilitate training sessions on code of conduct, anti-harassment, and workplace policies
- Monitor employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with HR team on talent retention strategies and organizational development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR operations
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.) and HR regulations
- Exceptional communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and emotional intelligence
- Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis for reporting
