Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases, grievances, and conflict resolution through mediation and fair investigation
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote positive workplace culture and compliance with labor laws
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and improve employee retention
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Facilitate training sessions on workplace conduct, diversity, and conflict prevention
- Monitor employee morale through surveys and focus groups, implementing engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with legal counsel on labor disputes and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Employee Relations specialization preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters with discretion
