Tanggung Jawab

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Advise management on appropriate disciplinary actions and mediation strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.
  • Handle confidential HR records and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex labor-related matters.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and risk assessments regarding employee relations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and employment standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
