We are seeking a dynamic and highly collaborative Employee Relations Partner - APAC to join our Human Resources team in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee relations cases and promoting a healthy, compliant, and high-performance work environment across the APAC region.

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will balance the needs of the business with employee advocacy. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and regional leadership to investigate grievances, resolve conflicts, and guide managers on performance management and policy interpretation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and conduct objective, thorough, and timely investigations into complex employee relations issues, grievances, and policy violations.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and HR partners on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to proactively identify systemic issues and design targeted intervention strategies.
  • Partner closely with internal Employment Legal counsels to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies across APAC markets.
  • Develop, update, and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Deliver training and enablement programs for managers on employee relations best practices, labor compliance, and effective communication.
  • Facilitate dispute resolutions and manage sensitive escalations with extreme confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated Employee Relations or HR Generalist experience, preferably within a multinational tech or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex workplace investigations and conflict resolution cases.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory practices within Malaysia and key APAC jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Philippines, Australia).
  • Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, objectivity, and professional integrity under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach to solving workplace and organizational challenges.
