Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide objective recommendations for resolution
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management through town halls and feedback channels
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
  • Partner with HR team on talent management processes including onboarding and exit interviews
  • Monitor workplace climate through surveys and focus groups, implementing improvement strategies
  • Advise managers on employee relations best practices and performance management techniques

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
  • Proven expertise in conflict mediation and dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical skills for investigating complex workplace issues
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
