Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company standards
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide objective recommendations for resolution
- Facilitate communication between employees and management through town halls and feedback channels
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
- Partner with HR team on talent management processes including onboarding and exit interviews
- Monitor workplace climate through surveys and focus groups, implementing improvement strategies
- Advise managers on employee relations best practices and performance management techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proven expertise in conflict mediation and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills for investigating complex workplace issues
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
