Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with EMEA labor laws and company HR policies
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Advise management on HR best practices and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct training sessions on workplace conduct and harassment prevention
- Collaborate with legal teams on disciplinary actions and terminations
- Analyze HR trends to recommend improvements to employee relations programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of employee relations experience in multinational environments
- Deep knowledge of EMEA labor regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams
