Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for cultivating positive workplace cultures? EMAPTA is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to support our North American operations. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to management and a champion for our employees, ensuring that company policies are implemented fairly, consistently, and in full compliance with local and international labor standards.
You will play a vital role in investigating grievances, facilitating resolutions, and driving initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention. Working in a hybrid environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across borders, making a tangible impact on our global organizational health. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance management, misconduct, and grievances.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on disciplinary procedures, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and termination protocols.
- Ensure full compliance with North American labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify systemic issues and propose proactive culture-building initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to foster a transparent and positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, records, and case files in line with GDPR and local data privacy laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or Labor Relations, specifically supporting North American accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of North American labor practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
