As an Employee Relations Supervisor, you will lead initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, resolving workplace conflicts with tact and impartiality, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement proactive employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conducting thorough investigations and facilitating fair resolutions.
- Advise management and staff on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and performance management best practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and overall retention rates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all employee relations cases, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions related to workplace conduct, diversity, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular stay-interviews and climate surveys to proactively identify and address potential workplace issues.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with current Philippine labor regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a generalist HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment law regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain neutral and objective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify workplace trends.
