Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee onboarding lifecycle to ensure seamless integration into company culture
- Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Monitor employee engagement metrics and implement retention strategies
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and process improvements
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations and best practices
