We are currently seeking a creative and driven Employer Branding Intern to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. You will work closely with our HR and Marketing departments to develop strategies that highlight our company culture, values, and work environment. As an Employer Branding Intern, you will assist in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting recruitment initiatives. This position offers a unique chance to learn from industry professionals while making a tangible impact on our employer reputation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent to Manggis Chicken Farm.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase company culture and employee testimonials.
- Create engaging visual content, including graphics, photos, and short videos, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct market research on competitor employer branding tactics and industry trends.
- Support the recruitment team in writing job descriptions and drafting communication materials for job postings.
- Organize and promote internal and external events to enhance employee engagement and visibility.
- Monitor social media metrics and prepare weekly reports on engagement and reach.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agricultural business environment.
