Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and the careers page.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to produce high-quality visual and written materials.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and webinars.
- Analyze engagement metrics and recruitment data to optimize campaigns and improve candidate conversion rates.
- Manage internal communications to boost employee advocacy and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure Eraya remains a top choice for talent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or content creation.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
