- Accurately encode and digitize client materials into required formats
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency errors

- Manage digital file organization and version control systems

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or proofreading roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pre-press software
- Exceptional attention to detail with error detection capabilities
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation rules
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management skills to meet daily production deadlines
