- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize endoscopic product penetration in assigned territories
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and clinical training for healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company sales policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in endoscopy or gastroenterology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in healthcare sector
- Strong technical aptitude to master complex endoscopic product functionalities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate clinical needs to technical solutions
- Valid Malaysian driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Professional certification in medical sales or healthcare technology (preferred)
