Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, providing detailed information as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Support promotional activities and display changes to highlight new products and special offers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex concerns to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role is highly advantageous, but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as retail schedules require.
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash transactions accurately.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 10-15 kg.
