Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the energy sector
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and assess risks specific to energy industry clients
  • Present and sell tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure appropriate coverage
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and other documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving and exceeding sales targets

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the energy sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of energy industry risks and insurance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze complex information and present solutions clearly
  • Professional insurance certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
