Tugu Pratama Insurance Indonesia is seeking a motivated Energy Claim Intern to join our team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our claims administration team, ensuring accurate data processing, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in processing energy-related claims, conducting preliminary analyses, and maintaining organized claim registers. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a supportive work environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily administrative processes related to insurance claims.
- Record and update claim registers into the company’s management system accurately.
- Conduct preliminary analysis to verify the completeness of claim documentation.
- Collaborate with the claims team to resolve discrepancies in claim data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for physical and digital claims.
- Prepare and generate basic reports on claim statistics as requested.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal insurance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Insurance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic insurance concepts and claim procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
