Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for individual insurance patients, addressing inquiries, providing information on coverage, and guiding them through hospital processes.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients, ensuring accurate understanding and communication of financial responsibilities.
  • Assist patients with the submission of insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and processed efficiently.
  • Liaise effectively with insurance providers to follow up on claim statuses, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely approvals.
  • Educate patients on their insurance policies, co-payments, deductibles, and other relevant terms in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns related to insurance services with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient insurance records and documentation within the hospital's system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including medical billing, patient administration, and clinical teams, to ensure holistic patient support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client service, patient relations, or insurance administration role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth understanding of various insurance plans, policies, and claims processing procedures (e.g., individual health insurance, corporate insurance schemes).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data entry.
  • Proficiency in using hospital information systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
