Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product design and development lifecycle for complex life insurance solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new product features.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and business cases to guide cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with actuaries and underwriters to formulate pricing models and policy structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to local insurance regulations and industry compliance standards.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritize feature enhancements, and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze product performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Life Insurance Product Management or Product Design.
- Strong working knowledge of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and unit-linked policies.
- Proficient in product lifecycle management methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and financial models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
