Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day on-site technical operations and system maintenance.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Execute system installations, configurations, and upgrades according to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend proactive improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all site activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site-specific protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a field engineering or on-site support role.
- Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting, networking, and system diagnostics.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and project schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Possess a proactive work ethic and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Medan area as required.
