Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and hardware at the client’s site to ensure 24/7 operability.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on network devices, servers, and workstations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing rapid response and resolution for end-users.
- Collaborate with the central Lintasarta support team to escalate complex technical incidents.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment deployed at the client location.
- Generate and submit regular technical performance reports to the management team and client stakeholders.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment as required by the client’s business needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT field engineering or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a live environment.
- Certification in CCNA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Willingness to be stationed in Semarang.
