Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily engineering operations including preventive maintenance, repairs, and system inspections
- Supervise technical staff and contractors to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
- Implement energy conservation programs and sustainability initiatives
- Manage engineering inventory and procurement of spare parts/equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Develop maintenance schedules and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with departments to address facility-related guest requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel facilities or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid professional license or certification in engineering field
- Proven leadership experience with team management skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and make decisive decisions
