- Oversee all engineering/maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize facility performance
- Manage engineering team including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Manage maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and material procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and brand requirements
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in engineering management
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations
- Certification in facility management or engineering preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
