- Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing guidance and career growth opportunities.
- Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable data platforms and cloud infrastructure.
- Process Improvement: Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes to ensure quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance: Optimize system performance, reduce technical debt, and ensure high availability.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top engineering talent and build a strong technical culture.
- Technical Strategy: Drive the technical vision and roadmap for data engineering initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Data Systems: Deep understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Management: Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
