Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a cross-functional team of software engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Define and drive engineering standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of professional growth, continuous learning, and innovation within the engineering department.
- Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase velocity.
- Participate in high-level system design discussions and perform code reviews as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of building, managing, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
