- Lead and mentor maintenance teams to achieve operational KPIs and safety targets
- Develop/execute preventive maintenance programs for heavy machinery and infrastructure
- Manage maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and spare inventory systems
- Oversee compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 55001 standards
- Implement CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance scheduling and performance analytics
- Coordinate shutdown planning and emergency response protocols
- Drive sustainability initiatives through energy-efficient maintenance practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years maintenance experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in construction site maintenance management
- Professional certification (PMP/CMRP/PRINCE2) highly regarded
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations (BCA) and OSHA standards
- Experience managing teams of 10+ technical professionals
