Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using technical troubleshooting methods
- Execute planned maintenance schedules for commercial building infrastructure
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize HVAC system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in MEP/HVAC maintenance
- Certification in HVAC systems or building maintenance (e.g., ASHRAE)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical diagnostics
