Join Mapan Group's dynamic engineering team as an MEP & HVAC Engineer in Surabaya Raya. This critical role ensures optimal performance of building systems through comprehensive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure. You'll implement preventive maintenance protocols, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize energy efficiency across commercial facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance for electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing networks, and civil structures
- Operate and optimize HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, and ductwork
- Diagnose and resolve system failures using technical schematics and diagnostic tools
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with contractors during system upgrades and renovations
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in MEP/HAC maintenance systems
- Technical certification in HVAC or building management systems preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian safety and building codes
- Ability to work independently in industrial environments
