Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on hotel building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Execute minor repairs in carpentry, painting, and general construction within the property.
- Monitor and record utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) to support energy-saving initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain technical tools and workshop equipment in excellent working condition.
- Assist the Chief Engineer in special projects or property upgrade initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in hotel building maintenance or general facility management.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, air conditioning (AC) maintenance, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and building blueprints.
- Physical capability to handle manual labor and operate maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Proficiency in basic English communication is an advantage.
- Able to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
