- Analyze engineering data and prepare detailed technical reports for operational review
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and track equipment performance metrics
- Support engineering projects through documentation and administrative assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical operational challenges
- Implement and monitor engineering compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage engineering documentation, including blueprints and technical specifications
- Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for engineering initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering support or technical administration
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and engineering standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Certification in engineering management or project management is a plus
