Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and lighting fixtures.
- Inspect apartment units and common areas regularly to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and resident work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Manage and inventory spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the company’s management system.
- Collaborate with the property management team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential or apartment facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Valid engineering technician certificate or license (if required by local regulations).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
