Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical equipment faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Document all maintenance activities and create detailed reports for management review.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Collaborate with other engineering staff to ensure a cohesive working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid technical certifications are a plus.
