Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in professional, fluent English.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities during service interactions to drive conversions and bookings.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding Flokq services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Negotiate and close sales leads by addressing customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to response time, quality, and sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or a Sales-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and modern communication tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack).
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle pressure in a high-growth startup environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
