Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high professional standards.
- Resolve complex customer issues related to order tracking, returns, and product information effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet daily performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues or identify process improvements.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices during night shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or e-commerce customer support role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
- Proficient in navigating web-based applications and multi-tasking across different software platforms.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to handle customer escalations.
- Resilient, patient, and highly customer-oriented mindset.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
