Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and a positive attitude.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
  • Minimum SPM/High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or related client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer usage and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
  • Malaysian citizen or possess a valid working permit for Malaysia.
