- Design and deliver comprehensive English communication training programs for new hires and current staff
- Develop engaging lesson plans focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and business communication
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee progress and identify improvement areas
- Create interactive learning materials using multimedia and technology-enhanced tools
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to enhance language skills

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in English language training or teaching
- Native-level fluency in English with exceptional grammar and pronunciation
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or similar teaching qualification preferred
- Experience developing curriculum and training materials
- Proficiency in digital training platforms and educational technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
