Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive English language training programs for diverse staff levels.
- Develop innovative learning materials, modules, and lesson plans that align with corporate professional standards.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions, both in-person and via digital platforms.
- Assess training effectiveness through regular evaluations, feedback loops, and performance metrics.
- Provide individualized coaching and support to employees to improve their business communication proficiency.
- Collaborate with the broader Learning & Development team to integrate language training with organizational goals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of training activities, participant progress, and certification data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in English teaching or corporate training roles.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, preferably supported by relevant certifications (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, or TEFL/TESOL).
- Proven ability to develop professional curricula and instructional design materials.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong adaptability, patience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment is a strong advantage.
