Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify specific English language requirements across various departments.
- Design and develop engaging English training curricula, lesson plans, and supplementary learning materials.
- Deliver high-quality English training sessions to employees of varying proficiency levels, ensuring engagement and understanding.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with HR and department heads to align training objectives with business goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest language teaching methodologies and corporate training trends.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to help employees apply their new skills in real-world scenarios.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate English training or teaching.
- Valid TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal) with excellent grammar.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs and corporate cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic training management software.
