- Design, develop, and implement evidence-based enrichment programmes for seniors in care settings
- Manage programme budgets, resources, and logistics across multiple facilities
- Lead and mentor a team of programme coordinators and volunteers
- Conduct needs assessments and programme evaluations to measure outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in programme management within senior care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in needs assessment, programme evaluation, and outcome measurement
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare and senior care landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in budget management and reporting systems
- Certification in Gerontology or related field preferred
