Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive general nursing duties, including medication administration and wound dressing.
- Conduct regular monitoring of patient vital signs and document data accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses during clinical procedures and minor surgeries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient education during health screening activities.
- Ensure the maintenance of a clean, safe, and sterile environment in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Assist in the admission, discharge, and transfer processes of patients.
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and address patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or polyclinic setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for clinical documentation.
