Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions accurately and timely.
- Assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering direct patient care and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with wound care.
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding support.
- Document patient care activities and medical records in the electronic health system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and comfortable for all patients.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inpatient nursing.
- Ability to work flexibly across 3 rotating shifts (Day, Evening, Night).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology or Palliative Care is an advantage.
