Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and general health status accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team and Registered Nurses.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
- Communicate any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing supervisor promptly.
- Participate in staff training and professional development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration with the relevant professional nursing board.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Previous experience in a Nursing Home or Geriatric care setting is preferred for the Senior role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
- Willingness to undergo any required certifications or training (e.g., AWS/VB modules).
