Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the care plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress accurately.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Diploma in Enrolled Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate with experience in geriatric or community care is preferred.
