Alpen Food Industry is currently seeking a visionary and experienced Enterprise Application Development Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications, spearhead architectural decisions, and ensure seamless system integration across our entire business ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of software developers and engineers to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
- Design and implement scalable system architecture that supports long-term business growth and digital transformation.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Manage system integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between ERP, CRM, and internal business platforms.
- Define and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and development best practices across the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and lead efforts to optimize system reliability, scalability, and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in architecting and managing large-scale enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
- Deep expertise in modern software development stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of database management, API design (REST/GraphQL), and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
