Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
- Support risk identification workshops across departments to foster a proactive risk culture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's risk register
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to validate risk control effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and risk modeling
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory standards
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse organizational functions
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, FRM) is highly desirable
