- Warmly greet customers and provide attentive assistance with product inquiries and selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving new stock, and report discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing for sales promotions, special events, and seasonal changes.
- Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines, are followed.
