Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the general ledger and bookkeeping records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify account balances.
- Prepare and assist in the generation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support the payroll team with data verification and processing.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly organized, filed, and compliant with company policies.
- Conduct basic audits and reconcile discrepancies in financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
